    • Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages viewed, session duration, approximate location, device type.
    • Marketing data via Meta Pixel (only if you accept marketing cookies): pages viewed and basic events used to measure ad performance.

    • Send the newsletter, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

    3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

    Cookies and local storage are used in three categories on this site:

    • Strictly necessary: required for the site to function (e.g. remembering your cookie preference). Always on.
    • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (cookies starting with _ga). Off by default.

    4. Service Providers We Share Data With

    • Supabase — database storage for form submissions.
    • Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
    • Vercel — website hosting.
    • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security.
    • Cal.com — discovery call scheduling.
    • Google Analytics — website analytics (consent-based).
    • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (consent-based).

    Some of these providers are located outside Barbados (primarily in the United States and European Union). Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.

    • Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, plus a reasonable archival period for our records.
    • Newsletter subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe.
