Every build is a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. You pay a deposit, then monthly instalments, then a care plan that keeps the site quick, secure, and current for as long as it runs. There is no hourly billing and no invoice you did not expect.

How paying works

  1. QuoteAfter the call you fill in a short intake form and pick a tier. The quote shows you the exact schedule before you accept it.
  2. DepositYou sign the contract electronically and pay the deposit. Work begins on payment.
  3. BalanceThe rest in two to four monthly instalments sized to the deal, starting a month after the deposit. Pay in full at any point instead if you prefer.
  4. CareThe care plan starts the month after the last instalment and runs monthly, with 30 days notice to end it. Pay a year in advance and it is 10% less: Signature Care is USD 150 a month, or USD 1,620 for the year.

What you can count on

  • -A written quote with the exact payment schedule before you accept anything.
  • -You approve the design before we write code.
  • -One person, start to finish. You deal with Terico, who scopes, designs, and builds every Teralith site.
  • -A receipt for every payment, with the balance after it.
  • -A stated window on every care plan: a change request is acknowledged within two business days on Studio Care, within one business day on Signature Care, and the same business day, or by 9:00 the next morning on Apex Care. A site going down is not a request: we start when the monitor alerts us, any day.
  • -The site is yours. It stays on Teralith hosting until the last instalment, then it is hosted under the care plan, and if you ever leave you get a full handover.

What we do not do

  • -Hourly billing.
  • -Templates.
  • -A build without a care plan.

Already have a site?

Site Care looks after a site we did not build, from USD 125 a month. It starts with a paid review of the site as it stands (USD 250), credited against your first three months.

What a care plan covers

Something smaller?

AI Ignite (one automated workflow, from USD 1,250), AI Operate (we run it, USD 500 a month, or USD 5,400 a year in advance), a landing page for a campaign, or ongoing search work are things we scope on a call, usually for businesses we already work with. Ask, and we will tell you plainly whether it makes sense.
