Each fix with its price in BBD, the total with a payment schedule, and the outcomes to measure, each with today's figure. Laid out so you can attach it to a grant application.
A free re-check at 90 days
We run the check again 90 days after a fix goes live, so you have before and after figures for a grant report, or for yourself.

We read your website, look you up on Google, Maps, social media and the local directories, and ask a few questions about enquiries, payments and records, by email or on a 15-minute call.

You get the scorecard
The scorecard and fix plan arrive within three business days of having your answers.

We walk you through it
A 20-minute call, if you want one, to go through the fixes and answer your questions.

We check again
90 days after any fix goes live, we run the check again and send the new score.

I don't have a website yet. Is this still for me?
Yes. Website basics scores zero, but the other five areas still count: your Google listing, how customers book and pay, your reviews and your admin. Tick "We don't have a website yet" on the form and the fix plan starts with the site.
Is this a sales call?
No. You get the scorecard and the fix plan whether or not you work with us, and the plan is yours to use with anyone. If you want us to do the fixes, we quote them. If not, that is the end of it.
How do I show I'm an SBA member?
Choose yes on the form. If your membership is under a different name from your business, add that name. We confirm membership with the SBA before we start.
Can I use the fix plan in a grant application?
That is what it is laid out for: each fix with its price, a total with a payment schedule, and the outcomes to measure with today's figures. We do not decide grants and cannot promise one. Our guide to small business grants in Barbados lists the programmes we know of.
Will you change anything on my site?
No. We only look at what anyone can see in public and at what you tell us. Nothing is installed and we do not need a login.
What happens after the check?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If you start a build with us within 90 days of your scorecard, the fee you paid comes off the price in full.
