Does anything go out without a person seeing it?
No. The system drafts and a person approves. That is a rule of how we build, not a setting. A new kind of message never goes out until someone in your business has signed it off; a kind sends on its own only after you have approved it unchanged a set number of times (we use ten), and only if you switch that on.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Your team works in a plain screen: a draft to approve, a list to confirm. We train whoever will use it and write it down.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many systems are involved, which we work out with you before quoting. One workflow is a much smaller piece of work than a system across several tools. The written scope includes the timeline.
Will this replace staff?
It takes the drafting and the copying off their desks and leaves them the decision. In our experience the same people do more of the work that needs a person, and less of the work that did not.
What does it cost?
